Job description

Responsibilities

• To assist in the daily operations and box office ticketing management of Harry Potter's project at Resort World Sentosa (RWS).
• To assist the daily opening and closing of Harry Potter's project and summary reports.
• To assist to assign duty stations to Full Time and Part Time Hosts and ensure they perform their respective roles and duties.
• To assist in planning, coordinating and facilitating VIP visits for NEON and RWS management.
• To provide positive visitor’s experience and facilitating usage of interactive stations.
• To assist in providing Level 1 technical assistance to rectify basic faults of AVL equipment.
• To work closely with Production and Technical Team to ensure all AVL equipments are in good working conditions for daily opening and after closing follow up actions.
