Location: Tai Seng
Working Schedule: 5 days work week
What you'll be doing
  1. Providing administrative support, including filing, document management, and general office duties
  2. Assisting with the coordination of operational activities, scheduling, and logistics
  3. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient communication and task completion
  4. Providing support for Project Management, including data entry, reporting and record‑keeping
  5. Performing various other tasks as required to support the overall operations of the business
  6. Track and control expenses related to fuel, repairs, maintenance, tolls, and insurance
  7. Liaise with workshops/service providers for timely repairs and servicing.
  8. Ensure compliance with transport regulations, licensing, and statutory requirements.
  9. Maintain accurate records of vehicle registration, road tax, insurance, and inspection schedules.
What we're looking for
  1. Proven experience as an administrative or operations assistant, preferably in the construction industry.
  2. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office software and systems.
  5. A problem‑solving mindset and the ability to think on your feet.
