Job summary

A landscape planning and design company in Singapore is seeking a candidate to provide administrative support to the Operation Department. Job description
Duties
  1. Provide administrative support to Operation Department
  2. Responsible in maintaining project data in an organised manner
  3. Assist in renewal of company certificates example ISO
  4. Collate information and prepare project reports and document (such as progress report, work completion report, etc.) in PowerPoint, Word, Excel format for submission
  5. Consolidate internal project purchase for monthly procurement
  6. Liaise with suppliers to procure items at competitive pricing
  7. Assist in planning and updating project schedule
  8. Perform related project duties as required
  9. Work collaboratively with the rest of the team
  10. Assist in preparing tender documents
Requirements
  • Possess minimum O’ Level, ITE certificate
  • Diploma in Landscape related course or Certified Practising Horticulturist will be an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Attention to detail
  • Good organisational and multi-tasking skills
