Job summary

A manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking a Production Administrator to manage production documentation, assist with scheduling, and track inventory levels. The ideal candidate should have a Nitec or Diploma in a relevant field, be proficient in MS Office, and possess strong organizational skills. This position involves working in a fast-paced environment and requires effective communication and teamwork abilities. A willingness to support overtime may be necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain production documents such as job orders and production reports.
  • Assist in preparing daily or weekly production schedules.
  • Update raw material and finished goods inventory records.
  • Act as the point of contact between production and other departments.
  • Prepare reports such as daily production summary and manpower attendance.

1. Production Documentation & Data Entry
  • Prepare and maintain production documents such as job orders, work orders, checklists, production reports, and daily output logs.
  • Enter production data into MRP or internal systems accurately.
  • Ensure all production‑related records are properly filed and updated.
2. Scheduling & Coordination
  • Assist in preparing daily or weekly production schedules.
  • Coordinate job orders with production supervisors, warehouse, and QC/QA teams.
  • Follow up on production progress and update schedules when necessary.
3. Inventory & Material Tracking
  • Update raw material and finished goods inventory records.
  • Assist production team in tracking material usage and stock levels.
  • Coordinate with warehouse for material requests, replenishment, and issuance.
4. Communication & Support
  • Act as the point of contact between production and other departments (purchasing, QC, warehouse, planning).
  • Communicate production updates, delays, or issues to relevant teams.
  • Provide administrative support during audits, meetings, and safety reviews.
5. General Administrative Tasks
  • Prepare reports such as daily production summary, downtime reports, and manpower attendance.
  • Assist with filing, printing, scheduling meetings, and other admin tasks.
  • Support continuous improvement activities and 5S implementation.
Job Requirements

  • Experience in production or administrative roles is an advantage.

Working Location: Kranji
Working Hour: 7:45am to 5:30pm
