JOB SUMMARY:

The Operations Administrative Assistant provides administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of daily business operations. This role involves coordinating documentation, supporting internal teams, maintaining records, and assisting with operational processes to improve overall efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team, including filing, documentation, and data entry.
  • Assist in coordinating daily operational activities and schedules
  • Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and operational records
  • Liaise with internal departments on operational matters
  • Support inventory tracking and basic stock control activities
  • Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding tasks or submissions
  • Ensure proper filing and compliance with company procedures and policies
  • Any other tasks or duties assigned by the Operations Manager
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum ‘O’ Level / ITE or equivalent
