Job description
Job Details:
  • Responsible for the cleanliness of classrooms, special rooms, and General Office.
  • Opening and closing of Gates, Classrooms & Office.
  • Perform gate and traffic warden duties during the scheduled Gate opening hours and some special occasion to ensure the safety and security of students and smooth traffic flow in the school.
  • Supporting school to provide logistic support for special events and daily activities, ensuring the venue/room is properly set up in advance.
  • Attend to logistics for meetings and events (setting up and clearing up of venue).
  • Responsible for setting and disarming the alarm systems daily.
  • Responsible for managing general stores such as monitoring the movement of store items, identifying items for replacement, cleanliness and organisation of store. To inform OM when the stock runs low.
  • Responsible for the security of classrooms, offices and common areas in the school by locking and unlocking doors and windows.
  • Assist the Operations Manager in basic facilities management and maintenance. Conduct regular checks on facilities and reporting faults to the OM.
  • Assist in performing front counter duties in the absence of CSO staff.
  • Maintain security and vigilance of the school premises by being alert to identify strangers and visitors to the school. Direct and accompany visitors to the school office.
  • Assist in the printing of approved notes, circulars, worksheets for teaching staff, office material. etc This may also involve lamination and binding.
  • Accompany vendors/contractors for safety and security during maintenance work.
  • Responsible for attending to students in the cleaning up eg. Vomiting, soiling.
  • Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Principal, Vice Principal, HOD, Admin Manager and Operations Manager.
