• In charge of Solid Waste Management of PWC AMKTPY sector
• In charge and hold Profit and Loss responsibilities to the PWC’s businesses
• To reduce operating cost and increase new revenue within the PWC sector
• Assist management to review business development opportunities
• Assist management in the preparation for PWC tender
• In charge of PWC AMKTPY’s solid waste collection trucks and equipment
• Oversee solid waste collection and feedbacks to ensure daily operations run smoothly
• Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures to ensure higher efficiency and productivity
• Promote a department culture that encourages high morale, improve productivity and work efficiency
• Identify and address operation issues
• Ensure a safe work environment which is favourable for high work productivity
• Coordinate and review feedbacks from Public and Authorities to improve ground operations
• Communicate with higher management to prepare strategies for operations to run efficiently
• Developing long term plans to achieve the goals and objectives which are already set
• To hold safety responsibilities for the role and report any unsafe situation
