Job description

1. Quality Checks

• Conduct regular spot checks on work completed by operational staff.
• Verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal procedures and standards.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and ensure they are corrected.

2. Compliance & Process Adherence

• Ensure staff follow established SOPs, confidentiality requirements, and workflow guidelines.
• Observe and report any deviations from required processes.

4. Reporting

• Maintain simple QA records, including findings, trends, and follow-up actions.
• Provide periodic summaries to management on quality issues and improvement areas.

5. Continuous Improvement

• Suggest updates to procedures, checklists, or training to reduce errors and enhanceefficiency.
