Our client is a Global MNC, one of the leading players in the Logistics/Transportation sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Air Freight Operation Assistant to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central– easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day air freight import and export operations, ensuring timely shipment handling.
• Prepare, verify, and submit shipping and customs documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with customers and internal teams to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure smooth clearance processes.
• Maintain accurate shipment records, update logistics systems, and generate required reports and invoices.
• Support process improvements to enhance efficiency, workflow, and overall service delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or other relevant field of studies.
• Minimum 1~2 years of working experience in a similar position in Freight Forwarding
