  • Replace printer consumables and ensure sufficient supply at customer sites
  • Clear paper jams
  • Guide customers on device functionality
  • Liaise with HP for device/software support
  • Escalate any customer dissatisfaction to account managers
  • Collect usage page counts from devices as needed
  • Provide basic troubleshooting or replace spare devices
  • Conduct printer/device maintenance
  • Provide end-user training
  • Track daily usage and activities onsite
  • Perform copy orders and distribution (if applicable)
  • Coordinate with third-party suppliers
