Qualifications

• Proven experience in the operation and maintenance of automated industrial equipment, preferably in semiconductor or logistics automation.
• Strong technical background in mechanical and electrical systems, with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with remote teams and provide clear updates to stakeholders.
• Willingness to work night shifts during critical project phases.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily operation, monitoring, and preventive maintenance of the custom-designed stocker system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site mechanical and electrical issues promptly.
• Document maintenance activities, incident reports, and system performance logs.
• Assist in system testing, commissioning, and post-launch performance validation.
• Provide hands-on training to local operators as needed.
