Job summary

A leading technology company in Singapore is seeking a candidate for a 6-month contract role to support eCommerce sales management across various platforms. The role involves managing pricing strategies, reporting key metrics, and collaborating with teams for effective promotional execution. Required is a degree in a related field and 2-4 years of relevant experience, especially in marketplace operations and social media management.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years experience in eCommerce management.
  • Familiar with managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and extra hours in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support in managing Omron Ecommerce sales channels on marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, Omron E-Shop,
  • Support to manage the promotional pricing and assortment strategy and controlling of A&P
  • Forecast, measure and report key ecommerce metrics including GMV, number of orders, average order value, discounts,
  • Work with content team to set up product listings, shop-in-shop designs and ensure content are aligned with brands’ marketing and promotion
  • Ensure timely execution of promotions e.g. alignment of campaign calendars of various
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders (channel PIC, digital marketing team) to drive Ecommerce
  • Work with vendors to ensure smooth fulfilment processes and consumer
Qualifications
  • Degree in related

  • Strong negotiation skill to liaise with marketplace
  • Able to handle daily order flow and operate marketplace Seller
