Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Business Support Executive to provide general administrative support and ensure smooth office operations. The role involves preparing inspection reports, managing e-filing, and maintaining office supply inventory. Candidates should be proficient in MS Office applications. This position offers a salary of $2,500 - $2,700 with additional benefits, and transport is provided from multiple MRT pickup points.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Prepare, compile, and submit inspection reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage e‑filing and maintain organized records and database.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, handle purchasing, and liaise with vendors for office‑related matters.
  • Assist in completing and submitting client vendor registration requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation, collation, and submission of safety audit documentation to ensure compliance.
  • Update and maintain the company website with relevant and accurate information.
  • Perform other ad‑hoc administrative duties as required.
