Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
  • Handle customer calls, process orders, and respond to inquiries.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team for smooth operations.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
  • Assist with bank reconciliations.

We’re Hiring! | Admin Assistant – Invoicing & AR/AP

Location: Tuas, Singapore

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $2,200 – $3,000 per month

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, and alternate Saturday mornings

Transport: Company-provided transport from Joo Koon MRT

Availability: Immediate

About the Role

Join our dynamic team as an Admin Assistant! You will support the Accounting and Sales Departments in managing invoicing, logistics coordination, and AR/AP operations.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time
  • Handle customer calls, process orders, and respond to inquiries
  • Coordinate with the logistics team for smooth operations
  • Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Assist with bank reconciliations
Qualifications
  • Higher Nitec / Diploma in Business Administration or Accountancy
  • O-Level / A-Level holders with 1–2 years of relevant experience in invoicing, AR, and AP will be an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
  • Strong communication skills with a positive and proactive attitude
