Job summary

A caring childcare center in Singapore is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to support children through developmental assessments and interventions. As we expand our Development Support Programme, we are looking for a passionate, child‑centred Occupational Therapist (OT) who shares our vision of helping children thrive in a nurturing, respectful and family‑centred environment.

Role Overview

As our Occupational Therapist, you will support children with developmental, behavioural, sensory‑motor and school‑readiness needs through assessments, intervention sessions, and close collaboration with teachers and families.

You will play an essential part in:

  • Conducting developmental and functional assessments
  • Providing individual or small‑group OT intervention
  • Supporting classroom participation and functional independence
  • Guiding teachers on strategies for sensory regulation, fine‑motor development and attention
  • Communicating progress and partnering with families with kindness and clarity
  • Being part of an interdisciplinary environment with educators, STs and early‑intervention professionals
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
  • Holds a recognised Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Is AHPC‑registered
  • Has experience working with young children (EC / preschool / early intervention preferred)
  • Believes in family‑centred practice and gentle, strength‑based support
  • Is warm, patient, collaborative and able to build trust easily
  • Has a passion for early childhood and supporting children in natural classroom settings
