Job summary

A healthcare organization in Singapore is seeking a Patient Service Associate to provide excellent customer service in laboratory and radiography sections. Responsibilities include managing patient registrations and appointments. The ideal candidate has a NITEC and 2-3 years of relevant experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to communicate with Mandarin-speaking patients. Immediate availability is a plus.

Qualifications

Job Scope

Reporting to the Laboratory-In-Charge, you will provide excellent customer service to patients in the Laboratory and Radiography sections. You will be responsible for the reception of all appointments and walk-in patients at the laboratory and radiography clinic. Other duties include answering incoming telephone calls, managing patients' registration, assisting in appointment scheduling, and performing general administration and cashier duties.

Job Requirements

  • with at least NITEC with 2-3 years of relevant working experience in the healthcare/ service industry
  • a positive thinker, and team player with a pleasant disposition
  • able to communicate with mandarin speaking patients when needed
  • able to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • have strong customer service experience
  • with basic computing knowledge and willing to learn
  • it will be an advantage if you are able to start work immediately
