Job description

Responsibilities

• Design, Implementation, Operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fiber optic transport systems, including SDH, MSTP, MPLS-TP, DWDM, ROADM, ASON, PON, and related technologies, as well as Network Management System (NMS), preferably in Huawei equipment.
• Perform post-sales project implementation and technical support for SDH/MSTP/MPLS-TP/WDM/PON equipment, including on-site or remote troubleshooting, installation, testing, commissioning & maintenance.
• Proactively identify potential issues and implement solutions to improve network performance and prevent disruptions.
• Respond promptly to network incidents, conducting root cause analysis and providing effective resolutions.
• Able to conduct System Acceptance Testing and Service Migration.
• Assist in preparing technical proposals and solution presentations to customers.
• Evaluate technical risks and issues throughout the entire project cycle.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology/ Telecommunication / Computer Engineering or relevant IT certifications.
• Expertise in network technologies such as SDH, MSTP, OTN, ASON.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in telecommunication project implementation, IP network (GPON) configuration, network planning, and cutover experience in SDH, MSTP, WDM & PON Networks.
• Strong skills in network device configuration and optimization for both efficiency and security.
• Proven troubleshooting abilities.
• HCIA/HCIP, CCNA, or other related certifications are a plus.

• Willing to work at night as support is required.
