Position Details
Purpose of Position:
Responsible for the daily running and management of the panel network throughout Singapore through effective use of the resources. Lead in implementing strategies to support the clients’ requirement and company business objectives.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Sourcing strategies are relevant and updated to meet the changing needs
- Service Level Agreement are met constantly
- Closing of all escalation within the agreed timeline
- To provide support to staffs as required for problem solving client/panel issues
- Set up and implementing new protocol within the stipulated timeframe
- Low complaint rate with regards to the network
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conducts needs assessments, performance reviews and cost / benefit analysis to develop strategies in maintaining panel ABS
- Identifies service requirement and establish quality standard for the department and service provider
- Track and report key functional metrics to contain expenses and improve effectiveness.
- Develop and implement setup/training process for provider
- Liaises with relevant parties to resolves issues that have been escalated
- Planning and monitoring the use of expenditures to meet team budget.
- Supports the Account Management team in meeting clients’ expectation.
- Recruit and retain all panel providers (Hospitals and Clinics)

Qualifications:
- Education: Degree in any discipline
- Experience: More than 3 years’ experience in vendor / medical / event / loyalty management. Relevant working experience in TPA, insurance or healthcare industry will be an added advantage.
