Responsibilities

• Deliver one-to-one instrumental lessons and small group music sessions to beginners and advanced students, ensuring skill progression and engagement
• Prepare students effectively for recitals, examinations, and studio activities to achieve performance milestones
• Implement Inizio Music’s teaching syllabus and instructional guidance to maintain consistent educational standards
• Communicate clearly and professionally with students and parents to support student development and address learning needs
• Participate actively in recitals, staff meetings, and professional training sessions to contribute to school culture and continuous improvement

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Music (Piano/Violin/Vocal or related field)
• Demonstrate strong foundational instrumental technique and musicianship to model and teach musical skills
• Exhibit genuine interest in teaching children and beginners to foster a positive learning environment
• Show responsibility, patience, and openness to feedback to enhance teaching effectiveness
• Ability to commit to a regular weekly teaching schedule to ensure consistent student progress
• Teaching experience is advantageous; fresh graduates and early-career teachers are encouraged to apply
