A premium student care brand in Singapore is seeking passionate Student Care Assistant Teachers to support classroom activities and ensure a nurturing environment for young learners. Responsibilities include assisting in program implementation, managing classroom hygiene, and fostering relationships with children and parents. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills and a love for working with children. No experience is required; training will be provided.

Qualifications

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Assist main teacher to plan, supervise, and implement the program for the class in accordance with the policies, guidelines, framework, and philosophy of the centre
  • Responsible for all aspects of classroom management and carry out routine care duties to ensure safety and hygiene of the children
  • Maintain and build relationships with children and parents
Skills and Knowledge Required
  • Enjoy working with Children
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work well independently as well as within a team
  • Experience with young children be added advantage
  • Able to assist with Mandarin homework
Other information
  • Working hour: Monday - Friday, flexible hour
  • No experience required, training provided
