Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in software/system support within a manufacturing environment.
• 1 year experience with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and basic troubleshooting skill set.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily monitoring and maintenance of production system hardware.
• Troubleshoot and fix technical issues to minimize factory downtime.
• Maintain and support Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) that monitor chip production.
• Connect machines, sensors, and ERP systems to ensure automatic and accurate data flow.
• Work closely with production, engineering, and IT teams to translate process needs into system solutions.
