Merchandising Specialist - What You’ll Do: Little Zebra Singapore was founded with a simple mission: to create high-quality essentials that support children through every stage of their growing years.

Proudly based in Singapore, Little Zébra is a homegrown, medium-sized brand specializing in 100% natural latex pillows and mattresses designed for babies and kids aged 0 to 16.

What you will do:

• Preparation :Prepare parcels to be shipped out to our distributors accordingly.
• Visual Presentation :Responsible for ensuring that our products are presented effectively to drive sales while meeting safety and developmental standards.
• Inventory Management :Monitor stock levels and replenish shelves regularly to avoid stockouts.
• Promotional Execution :Support marketing campaigns by setting up point-of-sale displays and seasonal collections (e.g., back-to-school or holiday product drives).
• Product Expertise :Provide specialized product knowledge to customers, such as explaining fabric types, sizing, or safety guidelines for infants' wear.
• Trend Analysis :Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast demand for popular characters or emerging toy categories.
• Reporting :Submit regular sales and stock reports to management to inform future purchasing decisions.

Essential Skills

• Analytical Ability:Skill in interpreting sales figures and inventory data to manage budgets and anticipate product needs.
• Communication:Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with store staff, suppliers, and parents.
• Physical Stamina:Capacity to handle light stocking, lifting boxes, and inventory stock taking.
• Attention to Detail:Critical for ensuring correct pricing, signage, and the removal of damaged products.

Requirements & Education

• Experience :Prior experience in retail, promotions, or customer service is highly beneficial.
• Specialized Knowledge :Merchandising experience background with familiarity in the kids' industry will be a bonus.

This is a part time role, with 5 days work week from 10am to 2pm daily.
