Job description
Role Overview

As a Membership Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging prospective members, showcasing our unique wellness offerings, and converting enquiries into active memberships. You will act as a trusted advisor, educating customers on our products and services, and ensuring every interaction reflects our brand's values of care, empowerment, and holistic wellbeing.

This role combines sales, product expertise, and customer service excellence, making it a vital front-line position in driving growth for the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to enquiries from online platforms, walk-ins, or referrals with professionalism and timeliness.
  • Build strong rapport with prospective members by understanding their needs, wellness goals, and lifestyle aspirations.
  • Learn and maintain in-depth product knowledge of all services (medical, wellness, recovery, nutrition, fitness) and communicate benefits clearly.
  • Conduct consultations, facility tours, and product demonstrations to guide potential members through our offerings.
  • Convert leads into memberships by presenting appropriate packages, promotions, and value propositions.
  • Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and digital channels to maximise conversion.
  • Work closely with the MORROW Experience team to ensure smooth onboarding and handover of new members.
  • Track and report sales activities, conversion rates, and member feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain high standards of integrity, confidentiality, and compliance in all sales and service activities.
  • Ownership of membership lifecycle beyond sign-up: monitor member activity, nurture ongoing engagement, address concerns early, and collaborate across teams to maximise renewals and maintain best-in‑class retention rates.
Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent in Sales, Marketing, Business, Sports Science, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in consultative sales, membership sales, or customer‑facing roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive yet empathetic approach.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and lifestyle services; ability to translate enthusiasm into customer trust.
  • Proactive, target‑driven, and resilient in achieving conversion goals.
  • Tech‑savvy with experience using CRM systems and online communication tools.
  • Bonus: Prior experience in gyms, spas, recovery facilities, hospitality, or wellness clubs.
Benefits

This is a rare opportunity to shape the member experience for a brand that's reimagining wellness from the inside out. You'll lead a passionate team, help people reclaim agency over their lives, and work at the intersection of purpose, innovation, and well‑being.

We offer competitive compensation, team benefits, and pathways for growth as we expand regionally.
