CLINIC SUPERVISOR for GP clinic

Salary:

Basic $3200 - $4000 (inclusive of performance incentives)

13th month (AWS)

Someone who is:

• At least 2 years experience in GP clinic
• Proactive, has initiative

Job Scope:

• Manage counter
• Submit claims
• Assist with routine medical procedures, e.g. ECG, swab test, nebulizer etc
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Manage patient records, schedule appointments, handle correspondence (emails and WhatsApp), etc
• Teach and guide junior staff
• Reconcile payment claims and troubleshoot rejected claims
• Manage locum and staff roster

Working hours

• 4 Weekday Morning: 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 3 Weekday Evening: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Saturday Morning: 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM
