We are the leading direct-to-consumer womenswear brand, headquartered in Singapore, with an omni-channel presence across Indonesia and Malaysia, a retail franchise in Cambodia, and are fast expanding into international markets namely Japan, Hong Kong SAR China and United States of America.

The role

You will be responsible for designing and implementing all marketing activities for our Singapore market.

You will play a key role in growing our brand further in Singapore, where we have ambitious plans to be the #1 and the most loved womenswear brand in the country.

You should have / be

  • Experience in marketing with a healthy understanding of both brand and performance marketing and online and offline channels
  • A clear and persuasive communicator with good stakeholder management

Main responsibilities

  • Develop marketing omni-channel campaigns that drive towards our required business outcomes that can range from brand awareness, customer acquisition to engagement
  • Plan and execute marketing activations and events in Singapore
  • Review and analyze performance to share insights and come up with concrete and effective improvements
  • Lead and develop a lean and mean Singapore team
  • Collaborate closely with the HQ Marketing teams to optimize performance across marketing channels
  • Jointly ideate on retail marketing, events and community engagement together with HQ Marketing teams and create manuals / best practices for other markets to replicate
  • Collaborate closely with Singapore team especially Retail and Merchandising teams
  • Partner and support Singapore Country Director to grow the Singapore business
  • Stay abreast of marketing trends and culture and topical news in Singapore
