Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Executive / Senior Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is crucial for developing and executing our overall marketing strategy, managing paid digital campaigns, coordinating digital efforts with counterparts, and ensuring effective in-store promotional activation and customer relationship management (CRM). The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, strong digital marketing expertise, and excellent execution skills.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
  • Monthly Marketing Strategy: Assist the Marketing Manager in developing and documenting the monthly marketing strategy, outlining goals, target audiences, and key initiatives for the months.
  • Campaign Ideation: Lead the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment across digital channels, retail stores, and counterparts.
Paid Digital Campaign Management
  • Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM / PPC), Content Marketing, EDM
  • Conduct keyword research, write compelling ad copy, and continuously optimize campaigns for maximum ROI (Return on Investment) and conversion goals.
Partner Digital Engagement
  • Collaborate with strategic partners to align digital marketing efforts, including co-branded content and joint digital promotions.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • In-Store Data Capture: Work closely with the Retail Operations team to implement and reinforce processes that ensure retail store staff consistently capture accurate customer contact information (e.g., email, phone number, Whatsapp) during sales transactions.
  • Promotional Blasts & CRM: Manage the execution of promotional email and SMS campaigns ("blasts") to the collected customer database, announcing new products, sales, and special events.
  • Staff Communication: Create clear and timely communication briefs for retail store staff regarding all upcoming promotional activities, ensuring they are well-informed and can effectively execute in-store displays and customer communication.
Design Collaboration & Production
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Design team to produce high-quality, on-brand marketing collateral, including digital advertising banners, website visuals, retail Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM), posters, and flyers.
  • Production Management: Manage the production timeline and ensure all creative assets are delivered on time and meet campaign specifications.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
  • Cross-Channel Reporting: Use marketing tools to track key metrics across digital campaigns and promotional blasts.
  • Insight Generation: Prepare regular reports detailing campaign and promotional performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders for future strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven work 3 - 5 experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role, demonstrating both strategic planning and hands-on execution in the Telecommunication, eCommerce or Retail industry.
  • Demonstrable expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads and/or other digital marketing initiatives.
  • Experience working with or implementing CRM systems and executing mass promotional communication (email/SMS marketing).
  • Strong understanding of retail marketing dynamics and the importance of in-store staff enablement and customer data collection.
  • Comprehension of current AI trends for optimizing marketing efficiency.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools like Google Analytics and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, necessary for writing ad copy, staff briefs, and strategy documents.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field (preferred).
