Job description
Your Role in Marketing

TheMeetUpSG is looking for a Marketing Executive to support the end-to-end execution of our B2B marketing strategy. You will help build brand visibility, drive qualified leads, and equip the sales team with strong content and campaigns. This role is ideal for someone with solid hands-on experience in digital marketing and content, who is comfortable taking ownership and working in a fast-paced B2B events environment.

Key Responsibilities
Brand & Content Marketing
  • Support the development and execution of B2B marketing campaigns aligned to TMU’s annual plan.
  • Plan and manage content across key channels (LinkedIn, EDMs, website, case studies, sales decks).
  • Write and edit high-quality B2B copy – social posts, emailers, blog articles, one-pagers, and landing pages.
  • Maintain and update the content calendar, ensuring consistent, on-brand presence across all platforms.
  • Coordinate visual assets with designers / agencies and ensure outputs meet brand standards.
Digital & Performance
  • Manage day-to-day operations of our digital channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, website, email).
  • Execute and monitor sponsored posts / basic paid campaigns where relevant.
  • Track key metrics (traffic, engagement, opens/clicks, form fills, downloads) and prepare monthly performance reports for the Marketing Lead.
  • Recommend optimisations based on data and insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
Sales Enablement & CRM
  • Support the creation of persuasive sales materials – credentials decks, proposals, one-pagers, and post-event reports.
  • Maintain CRM records and mailing lists to ensure leads, companies and contacts are accurately tagged and updated.
  • Prepare simple campaign lists and email distributions for sales and outbound initiatives.
  • Work with the sales team to ensure marketing campaigns are translated into concrete outreach activities.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Events
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Event Operations) to ensure smooth handover from marketing to execution.
  • Assist in building and nurturing strategic partnerships (venues, vendors, industry partners) from a marketing perspective – joint content, features, case studies.
  • Support on-site at key events when required (e.g. content capture, social coverage, client liaison).
What We’re Looking For
  • 2–4 years’ experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing, or communications, ideally in events, hospitality, agency, or related industries.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear, compelling B2B copy.
  • Hands‑on experience managing social channels (especially LinkedIn) and email marketing tools.
  • Comfortable working with data: able to read dashboards, interpret basic metrics, and turn them into actionable recommendations.
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail – able to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
  • Proactive, resourceful self‑starter who is comfortable owning workstreams and collaborating across functions.
Nice to have
  • Experience with tools such as Canva, Mailchimp/HubSpot (or similar), Google Analytics / GA4, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or basic CMS (WordPress/Wix).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and simple reporting.
  • Exposure to event marketing or corporate events.>
