Job Scope
SEO Management
- Conduct keyword research to identify new opportunities and optimize existing content for relevant search terms in APAC markets.
- Perform on-page SEO optimization, including meta descriptions, title tags, header tags, and content optimization.
- Assist with technical SEO audits and work with web development teams to implement recommendations (e.g., site speed, sitemaps, robots.txt).
- Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Econda Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Continuously research and keep up-to-date with the latest AI trends and their impact on SEO, including AI Overviews, generative AI in search, and answer engine optimization (AEO).
- Stay up-to-date with general SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
SEM Campaign Management
- Assist in the planning of paid search campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Bing, and Baidu/Naver/Yahoo! Japan (depending on markets).
- Work closely with and manage local country agencies responsible for the execution and optimization of these paid search campaigns.
- Provide guidance and support to agencies on keyword research, ad copy development, and targeting strategies.
- Monitor agency performance, analyze campaign data, and provide recommendations for bid adjustments, budget allocation, and overall strategy improvements.
Content & Website Support
- Support website updates and ensure content is optimized for search engines.
- Assist in maintaining website health and user experience.
Reporting & Analysis
- Track, analyze, and report on key digital marketing metrics, including orders, revenue, and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), across various platforms.
- Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing digital marketing performance.
Regional & Global Collaboration
- Work closely with regional and local marketing teams to ensure digital strategies align with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with and report to the Global In-Charge of SEO/SEM to align on global strategies, share best practices, and contribute to international initiatives, particularly regarding AI's influence on search.
- Support digital marketing initiatives for specific APAC countries.
Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or relevant disciplines
- 1 - 3 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on SEO and SEM
