BeHeard Marketing is a creative digital agency specialising in content strategy, social media marketing, and video production for F&B and lifestyle brands. We are looking for a Marketing Executive who is passionate about digital content, creative storytelling, and hands‑on production work.
As a Marketing Executive, you will be involved in planning, filming, editing, and executing content across multiple digital platforms. You will collaborate with the internal team to produce high‑impact visuals and videos that elevate brand presence and engage audiences.
Assist in developing and executing social media content strategies
Create content calendars, outlines, and visual concepts
Research and propose creative ideas based on industry trends
Participate in on‑site video and photo shoots
Handle camera operations, lighting setup, and basic production tasks
Shoot and produce high‑quality short‑form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
Edit videos using tools such as CapCut / Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro
Ensure brand consistency across all produced content
Identify and analyse current social media trends
Study competitor content and industry insights
Propose new content formats and directions
Monitor content performance on digital platforms
Assist in interpreting analytics (reach, engagement, retention)
Suggest improvements based on insights
Support the creative team during brainstorming sessions and production planning
Contribute ideas for upcoming campaigns and shoots
Assist in guiding interns on basic tasks when needed
Experience with videography, photography, and video editing
Proficiency in tools such as:
CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop (bonus)
Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends
Ability to manage time efficiently and work in fast‑paced environments
Strong creative sense and storytelling ability
Proactive, resourceful, and detail‑oriented
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable appearing in front of the camera
Experience in motion graphics or simple animations
Familiarity with F&B or lifestyle content
