Job description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events from concept to completion, ensuring seamless logistics and impactful delivery.
  • Campaign Collaboration: Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to create compelling content—including copywriting, visuals, and videos—for event promotions and digital outreach.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage project timelines, liaise with vendors, and oversee logistics to ensure timely and efficient campaign execution.
  • Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners to support employee wellness and health programmes.
  • Community Engagement: Develop and curate engaging email campaigns (eDMs) for our patient community, including planning, content creation, testing, and scheduling.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key metrics for events and campaigns; provide logistical and administrative support as needed.
  • Special Projects: Support the Marketing Manager with ad hoc initiatives that align with broader marketing and business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or event planning.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
