A dynamic e-commerce company in Singapore is seeking a Marketing Executive to enhance its presence on social media and marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Management, Marketing, or Communications, and possess 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce. Responsibilities include planning and executing campaigns across platforms like Shopee and RedMart, managing content calendars, and tracking performance data. This position requires attention to detail and a proactive approach in a fast-paced setting.
We are looking for a Marketing Executive who is hands-on, organised, and creatively driven to support Little Totler’s growing presence across social media and e-commerce platforms. This role sits at the intersection of content, performance marketing, and marketplace execution.
You will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimising campaigns across Shopee, RedMart, FairPrice Online, and our social channels.
Social Media & Creative Planning
Plan and manage monthly social media content calendars
Develop creative ideas aligned with brand tone, product launches, and campaigns
Coordinate content creation (visuals, captions, short-form videos)
Schedule and publish content across relevant platforms
Track performance and propose improvements based on engagement and reach
E-commerce & Marketplace Marketing
Manage brand presence on Shopee, RedMart, and FairPrice Online
Set up promotions (campaigns, vouchers, bundles, flash deals)
Plan and execute marketplace ads (search, discovery, campaign-based ads)
Coordinate product listings, banners, and campaign assets
Monitor sales performance, ad ROI, and campaign effectiveness
Campaign & Promotion Management
Support major campaign periods (e.g. mega sales, festive seasons)
Work closely with internal stakeholders on timelines and execution
Ensure consistency in messaging across social and marketplaces
Assist with post-campaign analysis and reporting
Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications or any related field. 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or social media
Familiarity with Shopee Ads, RedMart, or FairPrice Online is a strong plus
Comfortable working with content calendars, promotions, and performance data
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple timelines
Hands-on, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-growing environment
