Job Responsibilities
  • 1、Be responsible for formulating the overseas market brand marketing strategy and medium-to-long-term marketing plan, outputting adaptive marketing policies combined with the characteristics of different overseas regional markets, clarifying marketing goals, core directions and resource allocation plans, and ensuring the achievement of brand overseas market promotion goals.
  • 2、Lead overseas market research work, conduct in-depth analysis of consumer habits, market trends, competitor dynamics, policies and regulations and industry environment in target markets, and provide data support and decision-making basis for the optimization of marketing strategies and the planning of plans.
  • 3、Be responsible for the planning, formulation and implementation of integrated overseas marketing plans, covering multiple dimensions such as brand promotion, product marketing, event marketing, digital marketing (social media, search engines, overseas e-commerce platforms, etc.), so as to enhance the brand's popularity, reputation and market share in overseas markets.
  • 4、Coordinate overseas brand communication work, formulate brand overseas communication strategies, manage brand image and reputation, be responsible for overseas media cooperation, public relations activity planning, brand content creation (multilingual copy, videos, graphics, etc.), and build a diversified brand communication matrix.
  • 5、Be responsible for the development and maintenance of overseas marketing channels, including but not limited to overseas media channels, KOL/KOC resources, industry partners, offline activity organizations, etc., establish a stable marketing cooperation network, and improve the reach efficiency of marketing plans.
  • 6、Formulate overseas market promotion policies and promotion activity plans, coordinate the preparation, execution and review of activities, monitor activity effects, adjust strategies in a timely manner, and ensure that activities achieve expected marketing goals.
  • 7、Be responsible for the tracking, collection and analysis of overseas marketing data, establish a marketing data monitoring system, regularly output marketing effect analysis reports, summarize marketing experience and deficiencies, put forward optimization suggestions and promote their implementation.
  • 8、Establish and lead the overseas marketing team, formulate team training plans and performance appraisal systems, improve the professional marketing capabilities and project execution capabilities of team members, and build an efficient overseas marketing team.
  • 9、Coordinate resources of relevant internal departments of the company (such as products, sales, investment promotion, legal affairs, etc.), ensure the smooth progress of overseas marketing work, and solve cross-departmental collaboration problems in the marketing process.
  • 10、Other tasks assigned by leadership.
Job Requirements
  • 1、Bachelor's degree or above, major in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, International Trade is preferred; with more than 5 years of relevant work experience in overseas market brand marketing, and those with successful cases of planning and implementing complete overseas marketing plans are preferred.
  • 2、Familiar with the marketing environment, consumption characteristics, media ecology and industry rules of major overseas markets (such as Southeast Asia), with keen market insight and business judgment.
  • 3、Possess solid marketing theoretical knowledge and rich practical experience, be able to independently formulate overseas marketing strategies, marketing policies and integrated marketing plans, and proficiently master core marketing skills such as digital marketing, brand communication and event planning.
  • 4、Possess excellent cross-cultural communication skills and copywriting ability, be able to use English as the working language proficiently, and those with multilingual copy-writingability (such as Spanish, French, Arabic, etc.) are preferred.
  • 5、Have rich overseas marketing channel resources, including overseas media, KOL/KOC, industry cooperation organizations, etc., and be able to quickly connect resources and implement marketing projects.
  • 6、Possess strong project management ability, team leadership ability and execution ability, be able to coordinate various resources, promote the efficient implementation of marketing plans, and lead the team to complete marketing goals.
  • 7、Possess good data analysis ability, be able to use data analysis tools to interpret marketing data, extract core conclusions, and provide scientific basis for marketing optimization.
  • 8、Possess good professional quality and pressure resistance, work proactively, have a strong sense of responsibility, and be able to adapt to overseas business trips and a flexible work rhythm.
  • 9、Familiar with relevant laws, regulations and compliance requirements for overseas marketing, have strong risk prevention and control awareness, and be able to effectively avoid potential risks in the marketing process.
  • 10、Proficient in using Office software, mainstream overseas marketing tools (such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) and design auxiliary software is preferred.
