Job description

We're looking for a Marketing Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate must be able to perform graphic design, video editing, social media content creation, and marketing support.

Responsibilities
  • Produce marketing assets such as pitch decks, proposals, PDFs, and presentation visuals.
  • Conceptualize and design high-impact visuals for events, digital platforms, overlays, animations, and brand assets.
  • Edit short-form videos for social media, product features, event highlights, and BTS content.
  • Assist with creative development for new photo booth experiences, event styles, and brand activations.
  • Support the team during shoots or events (camera operation, lighting, visual direction).
  • Digital designing works such as banners, posters, promotion/campaign visual, creatives social media.
  • Create social media content (Reels, TikToks, graphics, stories) that aligns with the Company's brand direction.
  • Assist with planning monthly content calendars and campaign rollouts.
  • Support performance marketing visuals (ads, thumbnails, landing page assets).
  • Research industry trends, competitor content, and emerging creative ideas.
  • Help develop brand marketing materials for partnerships, pitches, and collaborations.
  • Track basic content performance and recommend improvements to creative or format.
  • Work closely with Sales & Marketing team to product necessary collateral for corporate events, roadshows and exhibitions.
  • Photo frame design for photo booth.
Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, Visual Arts, Film, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Strong eye for design, layout, color, composition, and motion.
  • Basic videography experience (comfortable with cameras, lighting, framing).
  • A compelling portfolio showcasing a diverse range of visual storytelling, social media content, 2D motion graphics works.
  • Interest in social media trends, content creation, and digital marketing.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge in Photography, video production, motion graphics, or experience with TikTok-style content is a plus.
