Position Overview
The Marketing & Content Specialist is a hands‑on, data‑driven, and creative role responsible for driving traffic, conversions, and brand growth across digital channels. This position plays a critical role in bringing products to market effectively by combining performance marketing, content creation, and continuous optimization.
The role works closely with e‑commerce, operations, and sourcing teams to ensure campaigns, content, and launches are aligned with product availability, pricing, and fulfilment readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Traffic Growth
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels.
- Drive qualified traffic to the B2C website through performance and content‑led initiatives.
- Support campaign planning around promotions, launches, and seasonal events.
- Monitor channel performance and reallocate effort based on results.
Content Creation & Management
- Create and manage product‑focused and brand content for the website and marketing channels.
- Write and optimize product descriptions, landing pages, blogs, emails, and ad copy.
- Ensure content is on‑brand, conversion‑focused, and optimized for SEO.
- Coordinate visuals, imagery, and creative assets where needed.
Conversion & Funnel Optimization
- Optimize on‑site messaging, CTAs, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with e‑commerce teams to support merchandising and promotional execution.
- Test messaging, creatives, and offers to improve performance.
- Support email, remarketing, and retention initiatives.
Data, Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance across traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics.
- Analyze campaign results and customer behaviour to inform improvements.
- Use data to guide creative decisions and marketing priorities.
- Report insights and recommendations to the broader team.
Cross‑Functional Product Launch Support
- Work with sourcing and operations to support new product launches.
- Ensure marketing timelines align with inventory availability and fulfilment readiness.
- Translate product features and benefits into compelling customer‑facing messaging.
Requirements
- Experience in digital marketing, content, or growth roles (B2C preferred).
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Hands‑on experience with analytics and performance tracking.
- Familiarity with e‑commerce marketing funnels.
- Comfort working in a fast‑paced, execution‑focused environment.
