Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic marketing-oriented and internet-savvy intern or marketing executive to support product development and brand growth by managing e-commerce listings, creating compelling product photography, and executing marketing strategies across retail, internet, and F&B channels.
Responsibilities
- Design and source attractive, up-to-date food packaging materials for new SKUs and SKU refresh projects to enhance product appeal
- Oversee or collaborate with design vendors to develop modern food labels and sleeves aligned with brand standards
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat DC, Illustrator, Photoshop) to create and edit marketing materials and packaging designs
- Capture high-quality white background and lifestyle product shots that are optimized for social media and e-commerce platforms
- List new products accurately on major e-commerce sites to maximize online visibility and sales potential
- Generate and implement marketing and advertising promotional activities across social media, direct mail, company website, and online shop to drive brand engagement
- Post engaging content on company Facebook, Instagram, and other social media channels to build brand presence and community interaction
- Collaborate with internal product teams and liaise with external web, marketing, and advertising agencies to coordinate product launches and campaigns
- Prepare promotional presentations to support sales and marketing initiatives
- Lead B2C projects and direct customer engagement efforts in partnership with management to enhance brand loyalty and market reach
- Manage daily administrative tasks to support the marketing team’s operational efficiency
- Execute ad hoc projects as assigned by management to support business growth and innovation
Required competencies and certifications
- Demonstrated successful track record in brand building through marketing initiatives
- Proficient working knowledge of digital marketing principles and major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, and Livestream
- Experience working with major e-commerce platforms for product listing and management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey marketing messages and collaborate across teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to prepare reports, presentations, and marketing documentation
- Ability to work independently and resourcefully under tight deadlines with minimal supervision
- Strong interest and knowledge in food products and visual merchandising to support retail and online brand strategies
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum diploma in Marketing or related field with digital marketing exposure
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience or internship in marketing, preferably in F&B or food marketing sectors
- Skills in lifestyle photography and basic photo editing to enhance product visual storytelling
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for advanced graphic design tasks
- Experience in food packaging, label, and sleeve design to support product development
