Job summary

A maritime management company located in Singapore is seeking a Technical department assistant to ensure smooth operations of vessels. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' working experience, with 1-2 years' shipping industry experience.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to travel when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Technical and Marine Superintendents with administration and document control.
• Assist in conducting safety inspections and drills.
• Collect and manage critical vessel data like fuel consumption.
• Prepare and submit compliance reports to authorities.
• Track order status and update inventory records.
• Maintain records of vessel reports and performance data.

Skills

Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI)

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work independently and in a team

Diploma or above
