Job summary

Work location: AMK

Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimise manufacturing test resources to maximise equipment uptime and production capacity
  • Design, modify, install, and continuously improve test systems, hardware, software, and test procedures
  • Lead preventive maintenance (PM) programmes to ensure reliability and performance of test equipment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve test hardware and software issues to achieve zero test process failures (TPF)
  • Develop, monitor, and drive Test Throughput Time (TTT) improvements across all productsModify and enhance test software to improve test methods and overall efficiency
  • Supervise and guide technical personnel in executing test-related assignments and projects
  • Control costs and prepare budget forecasts and expenditure reports for test operations
  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation systems in line with quality standards
  • Provide technical training and mentorship to Test Engineering Assistants and Technicians
  • Participate in cross-functional teams, continuous improvement initiatives, and special projects
Key Requirements
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Production Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Min. 8 - 9 years expertise in a manufacturing test environment
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities
  • Strong leadership, time management, and organisational skills
