We are seeking a highly experienced Manufacturing Director to lead and optimize our semiconductor manufacturing operations. This pivotal role is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring customer satisfaction, and cultivating a high-performance culture across the organization.
Oversee daily manufacturing activities to ensure Lean Manufacturing, cycle time targets, and on-time delivery of customer wafers.
Evaluate and improve business procedures to align with strategic goals.
Develop and implement systems and processes to enhance operational effectiveness and productivity.
Manage recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and career development for Operations staff.
Lead operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives while maintaining high employee morale.
Contribute to strategic planning and recommend investments in equipment and systems to expand operational capabilities.
Oversee production and demand planning to ensure timely order fulfillment and product shipment.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and legal regulations.
Identify and implement improvements in manufacturing processes.
Coach and guide Managers and Engineers to achieve performance goals.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
Minimum 15 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, planning, and automation.
Strong organizational and cross-functional team management skills.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Expertise in operations management and statistical quality control.
Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma and productivity improvement.
