What the role is:

You are responsible in undertaking various Human Resource (HR) portfolios and responsibilities as part of the Manpower Branch in the Command.

What you will be working on:
  • Develop and execute deployment and training plans
  • Implement and administer HR initiatives and processes
  • Liaise with Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) on administration of courses
  • Guide and advise stakeholders on HR matters
  • Contribute to digitising and automating HR processes
  • Responding swiftly to changing scenarios and being flexible in tackling unexpected challenges
  • Working with multiple stakeholders, and balancing their interests with organisational needs
  • Enhancing service delivery to provide a positive onboarding experience and career journey for the NS population
  • Liaising with all levels of management
What we are looking for:
