Get to know the Role
We are seeking a Growth Strategy and Planning Manager to join our team. In this role, you will drive user growth by combining performance monitoring with hands‑on strategy development and execution.
You will oversee user performance for a set of markets, support quarterly growth planning, and own regional growth projects end‑to‑end – from opportunity sizing and strategy definition through to GTM design and execution.
This role requires strong analytical thinking, comfort navigating ambiguity, and the ability to influence without direct authority.
You will report to the Regional Head of Growth Strategy and Planning.
