As a Data Scientist Manager, you will lead and develop a high‑performing team to deliver business value through advanced analytics and data‑driven solutions. This role focuses on strategic planning, execution, and continuous improvement of data science initiatives that support operational excellence and innovation, particularly in the semiconductor industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Set Clear Direction: Define objectives and align deliverables with business goals to support PQ pillar.
- Build Team Capability: Mentor team members, develop skills, and foster collaboration.
- Drive Execution: Manage project timelines, remove impediments, and ensure quality outcomes.
- Integrate Technology: Optimize processes and enable predictive insights through data systems and technology.

Requirements
- Education: At least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering.
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Data Scientist, preferably in Quality‑related projects.
- Proven track record in data science methodologies, machine learning, and statistical modeling, with hands‑on experience in Generative AI/LLM projects.
- Familiarity with processes, systems, and solutions in the semiconductor industry (mandatory).
- Experience in statistical modeling, feature extraction and analysis, and supervised/unsupervised/semi‑supervised learning.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Python, R, and ability to generate UI.
- Experience with data platforms such as GCP and Snowflake.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and stakeholder management.
