  • The candidate will be part of the Graduate Studies administration team.
  • Work closely with the team on GD research programme application and admissions matters.
  • Provide support to Vice/Assistant Dean in the administration of postgraduate research degree programmes including admissions, student academic matters, curriculum administration, examination matters, etc.
  • Involve in implementation of curriculum and policies.
  • Manage research programme scholarship matters.
  • Assist in budget preparations and projections, and management of related programme funding matters.
  • Manage academic-related events for graduate students, as well as programme outreach, publicity, orientation and adhoc student events.
  • Consolidation and preparation of data and statistics, and drafting of reports or proposals, etc
  • Any other duties assigned.
Qualifications
  • Possess a bachelor's degree, with at least 6 to 8 years of relevant administrative work experience
  • Prior experience in working for an educational institution is preferred
  • Possess positive attitude, meticulous and able to multi-task
  • A good team player who is proactive, self-motivated and well-organized with the ability to work well under pressure as well as tight deadlines
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills with good written and oral communication skills
  • IT/System savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
