Team Summary:
The team is responsible for managing a key Global Client, with a primary focus on driving strategic growth in Asia Pacific across 13 countries. Team members are based in Singapore, collaborating globally with counterparts based in USA. The team works closely with the client and Visa partners across various markets and functional teams. This role, based in Singapore, reports to the Senior Director of Global Clients and supports the Global Clients Account team.
This role is focused on CMS and VAS – two of the key pillars in Visa’s 2030 strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
Support Visa's Strategic Implementation: Assist in executing Visa’s regional and functional strategies, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
Relationship Management: Support the senior business team in managing existing account initiatives and opportunities, ensuring Visa remains the association of choice and securing a larger share of business.
Value Added Services: Coordinate and drive sale of Visa’s value added services across various functional areas, including issuing solutions, consulting, marketing, client services, risk, and product management, to deliver added value to the global client. Collaborate with the Global Client VAS to drive opportunities for Asia Pacific.
Commercial and Money Movement Solutions: Analyze data insights across markets to drive new flow opportunities and support our Direct to Corporate strategy in AP specifically for this global client.
Mandates and Operational Account Support: Manage mandates and provide operational support for accounts, ensuring seamless execution of Visa's strategic initiatives.
Planning and Forecasting: Manage the annual planning process, along with quarterly and AOP forecasting efforts. Collaborate with country teams to ensure forecast assumptions and accuracy.
Reporting Management: Oversee the preparation and dissemination of monthly and quarterly client reports to ensure timely and accurate information sharing. Manage all initiatives, opportunities and account plans (MS Dynamics)
