Job Title: Management Trainee (Japanese cuisine) ID6079

Location: Islandwide

Working Hours: 5.5 days Retail hour

Salary: $2800-3200

Chinese cuisine/ Japanese cuisine (Back End / Front-of-House)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day restaurant operations including service, food ordering, reservations, and cashiering.
  • Ensure Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards in daily operations.
  • Attend training for both non-supervisory and supervisory roles.
  • Learn and perform all functions independently, progressing towards Assistant Manager.
  • Lead and manage operations while upholding company vision, mission, and values.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
Job Requirements:
  • No Experience Required – Training Provided.
  • Comfortable working on weekends and Public holidays.
  • Strong passion for F&B and willingness to learn and grow with the brand.
