Overview
Meeting and greeting clients, checking and making appointments, customer service, and promoting the sale of services and products.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls; set up and manage meetings and appointments.
- Provide general administrative support to the department or clinic; maintain filing and documentation.
- Assist in day-to-day office operations and functions; manage office supplies and stationery.
- Support in general clerical tasks such as printing, photocopying, and shredding documents.
- Assist in clinic operations and coordinate with the Clinic Manager and Medical Director as assigned.
- Be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees; maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
Qualifications
- College diploma or above, professional appearance, and at least 3 years of experience as a receptionist.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Clerk or customer service experience is acceptable; basic communication skills in Chinese and English; familiarity with computer systems.
- Must be able to manage client flow and maintain organization during peak periods.

Pay: $1,800 - $3,600 a month
