Job description
Responsibilities
  • Assist and report to the QA Manager in managing day-to-day facilities operations and maintenance within a cold chain supply environment.

  • Perform maintenance and repair works on ACMV (Air-con Maintenance & Mechanical Ventilation), building infrastructure, wiring, lighting, fire protection systems, and other related services in compliance with GMP and GHP standards.

  • Plan and schedule daily facilities work, including troubleshooting and repair.

  • Conduct daily facility and fire safety inspections, documenting findings and follow-up actions.

  • Liaise with departments on maintenance issues, prioritizing and resolving both planned and unplanned maintenance needs promptly.

  • Supervise servicing contractors and suppliers on-site to ensure compliance with contractual terms, safety regulations, and food safety policies.

  • Support machine and PLC troubleshooting and repair when required.

  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, ad-hoc projects, and prepare reports.

  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements
  • NITEC/ITC/Diploma in Electrical, Mechatronics, Civil/Industrial Engineering, or relevant certification in related skills.

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in facilities or utilities maintenance within the food & beverage or manufacturing industry.

  • Hands-on experience in utilities and facilities maintenance preferred.

  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Additional Information:

  • Salary: Up to SGD 3,800/month x 13 months + Variable Bonus

  • Time: 5.5 Working days weekly

  • Working Hours:

    • Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 5.45pm

    • Saturday: 8.30am – 12.30pm

  • Location: Senoko Drive
