Job summary

A leading facilities management firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced HVAC & BMS Technician to manage and execute maintenance of HVAC & BMS systems, ensuring compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). The role involves troubleshooting defects, preparing for audits, and coordinating with stakeholders for timely repairs. This position offers a 5-day work week in a dynamic working environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in HVAC & BMS systems.
• Ability to understand BMS wiring drawing and HVAC air flow drawing.
• Experience in managing facilities in compliance with cGMP.

Job description

Job scope:

• Maintaining & Executing HVAC & BMS with cGMP, DI, EHS compliance
• Managing Integrated Facilities Management and making sure efficient HVAC & BMS systems maintenance program.
• Dealing with LOTO verification, issue permit & field coordination.
• Preparing for audit readiness and respond to Auditors during audit
• Troubleshooting defects related to HVAC & BMS systems.
• Attending HVAC & BMS system breakdown and arranging IFM for follow up rectification work
• Ensuing proper documents & records & safety for HVAC & BMS systems
• Coordinating with all related stakeholders to ensure timely execution repair & maintenance
• Ability to understand BMS wiring drawing and HVAC air flow drawing
• Strong knowledge in Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) and Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system
