Job description

JOB SCOPE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate and work together with a team to study and optimize building services design and energy performance.
• Review and study the building services design and system efficiency and able to provide the solution to optimize the design and energy reduction.
• Conduct thorough site survey (able to climb to roof, scaffold, stairs etc.) to understand the building services design/provisions and performance, able to analyse existing or improved building services solutions for operational feasibility.
• Overall project planning and management to meet client timeline and budget.
• Knowledge & experience in Green Mark Certification and application, familiar with current relevant authorities’ requirements and submission procedures will be advantageous.
• Assist in managing, planning and coordinating building services engineering works to meet time, cost and quality objectives.
• Any other duties as and when assigned by the department head or supervisor-in-charge.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering from recognised universities. Candidates with extensive experience will be considered.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related consultancy firm and field in building services.
• Self-driven, independent, and resourceful.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, initiative, and responsible.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
