As a M&E, BIM Drafter, you will be responsible for the following duties:

Develop and design the Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) system.

Perform quantity take-offs for MEP services and prepare all necessary documentation.

Conduct inspections and testing post-installation to ensure compliance and quality.

Provide construction drawings, and support testing and commissioning activities during project execution.

Coordinate with clients, civil contractors, architects, and other M&E contractors to resolve interface issues and address technical queries.

Design duct sizing through manual calculations and duct sizing software tools.

Size mechanical ventilation fans, grilles, and diffusers according to project requirements.

Assist senior modelers in preparing Combined Services Drawings (CSD) and other submission-related deliverables.

Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

Possess a Diploma or Certificate from BCA BIM modelling course with experience in LTA projects is an advantage.
