Job summary

A luxury watch appraisal company based in Orchard, Singapore is seeking an Operation Executive to manage watch purchasing, customer enquiries, and repairs. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in watch authentication and appraisal, preferably with luxury brands. The role requires working 5 days a week, including weekends and public holidays, with a salary range of SGD $2,500–$3,500.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in watch authentication, valuation, or appraisal.
• Preferred experience in luxury watch brands.
• Hands-on experience in pawn shops or luxury retail.

Responsibilities

• Handle watch purchasing, price negotiation, and customer enquiries.
• Manage servicing, repairs, and inventory.
• Assist with watch authentication and related documentation.
• Support sales and marketing through product photography and listings.
• Perform administrative and bookkeeping tasks.
• Liaise with the Virtual Assistant team.
